Maison d'Or is the commercial name of SC WONDER FLOWER SRL, a legal entity based in Bucharest,
63 Arh. Ionescu Grigore Street, Bl. T73, Entrance B, 4th Floor, Ap. 42, Sector 3, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40 / 4251/2017, having the Unique Registration Code RO37292893.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully for the best use of the site. Using this site implies the tacit acceptance of the terms and conditions of use listed below, which are the agreement (contract) between the parties.
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") to WONDER FLOWER SRL, on the mobile version of the site, using the mobile app or by phone conversation.
By using the site www.maisondor.ro and/or by placing an order, you are bound to comply with the terms and conditions specified below (the "Terms"). Before placing an order, please make sure you read and understand the Terms.
An order can be placed by individuals, legal entities, self-employed persons, or by any other person interested in our products and services.
The inclusion of any products or services on www.maisondor.ro does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to cease selling a product and/or service whenever we consider necessary.
We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time without notifying you beforehand. Your order will be subject to the Terms present on www.maisondor.ro when you place the order.
Maison d'Or wants to offer the best online experience. To achieve this, we need to make sure that our services work perfectly. You understand and agree not to post, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that may cause harm or which may have a negative influence on our company, products or services; do not act in such a manner or use any device that would restrict, prevent, cause any inconvenience or allow any other user to use or benefit from the www.maisondor.ro site or which would affect the security of the site.
2.1 Delivery/Invoicing costs
This online store is intended exclusively for delivering products to legal entities, natural persons, self-employed persons, individual businesses, or family businesses, only at addresses in Romania. At the time of delivery, a person aged 18 or over, representing the natural or legal person/entity, will sign for all the delivered products.
For orders over the value of EURO, the transport of the package is FREE in Bucharest, if the order is under EURO the transport fee is EURO.
For orders sent to other localities a fee of EURO is charged. Additional fees may apply for certain localities that are not in the area covered by Cargus Courier Company (see the localities here). The extra cost charged per km is EURO.

WONDER FLOWER SRL tries as hard as possible to accept and process orders and will try to deliver your order to a home address or to another address in Romania, according to the delivery option you have selected.
Maison d'Or will do everything that is necessary to send the orders as soon as possible and in the order in which they were placed. Before placing the order, you will be informed of the estimated delivery time. Immediately after placing your order, if you provided us your email address, you will receive a confirmation email containing the estimated delivery time.
Delivery time: 9:00 a.m. - 8 p.m.
If your order does not reach the destination within the scheduled date, please contact our Client Service by phone (0770 663 399) or email [email protected]. Any order will be delivered within the available stock limit, provided this has been confirmed by WONDER FLOWER SRL.
In Bucharest and the neighboring areas we deliver within 2-4 hours after receiving the payment, but the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. We are constantly committed to strictly complying with the delivery time ranges indicated by our customers, but this is not always possible in the context of high volume orders, heavy traffic, bad weather or other force majeure conditions. In such situations, a new delivery will be attempted on another date, if possible, keeping in touch with the sender of the package, the latter understanding the risks associated with perishable goods. WONDER FLOWER SRL chooses the courier company which will deliver each order. The delivery time for products in Bucharest is different: on workdays (Monday to Friday) between: 9 a.m. - 12.00 / 12:00 - 3 p.m. / 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. / 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. On Saturday deliveries are made between 11:00 a.m. - 6 p.m. And on Sunday the time interval is 12:00 - 5 p.m. In some cases, depending on the availability of the products, the delivery time can be extended with the customer's agreement. For deliveries outside Bucharest, we deliver within 24-48 hours after we receive the order, under the conditions mentioned below. For orders outside Bucharest, a EURO fee is charged and delivery is made by Cargus / Fan Courier in 24 hours (in case of very busy days, such as but not limited to Easter, Christmas, legal holidays, there can be delays and Wonder Flower does not take the responsibility of delivering the packages within 24 hours).
Orders for the rest of the country can be placed non-stop on the website, please comply with the following conditions:
● the order must be received and paid until 5 p.m.
● deliveries can be made from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Saturday between 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
● delivery hours cannot be guaranteed;
● delivery and contact details for the addresses outside Bucharest must be complete and accurate.
2.3. Delivery Risks
We are constantly committed to strictly complying with the delivery time ranges indicated by our customers, but this is not always possible in the context of high volume orders, heavy traffic, bad weather or other force majeure conditions. In such situations, a new delivery will be attempted on another date, if possible, keeping in touch with the sender of the package, the latter understanding the risks associated with perishable goods. Our flower shop does not provide online multiple deliveries by placing a single order. In order to benefit from multiple deliveries and order the same product or multiple products which will be sent at different addresses, the customer will need to contact us directly at [email protected] or call 0770 663 399.
● if a customer signs for conformity on delivery, by ticking the YES box for a product which was received in a good state, subsequent claims cannot be considered. Possible customizations of products, requested by customers only based on a description, will be made strictly on the customer's behalf, any subsequent complaints cannot be taken into account, except those which are strictly related to the freshness of the flowers.
● We offer the warranty of the product available in stock at a certain time, according to the website tag, but the stocks may differ, and the products can be replaced with other products which have a similar appearance and similar value.
● All the photos posted on the website are meant for a presentation purpose, these could be different depending on the available stock and the manual work involved (the products are manufactures, they are unique; the plants and the natural flowers are unique, their appearance may differ, the florists will make floral creations as extensive and beautiful as possible due to the working technique they are familiar with and the replacement policy.
● Email orders are received, processed and placed directly into our system by human operators. It is enough to send us your contact details, delivery dates and the desired product, and our team will handle everything for you from this point. The customer has the obligation, after receiving the new order confirmation by e-mail, to carefully check all the information and immediately notify the company's employees of possible errors. The company will not be held responsible for any delays or communication mistakes caused by customer mistakes, omissions, interruptions, email deletion, errors, malfunctions, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, whether or not the results of force majeure, communication errors, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the company's databases, systems, or services.
Special packaging / Gift wrapping will be charged 15 Ron, VAT included (an extra charge to the transport fee or to the actual price of the product).
Packaging products in Bucharest: for bouquets, this includes: gift bag, floral wrap, string, specific decor. For floral arrangements, this includes: gift bag, wrapping foil, string, specific decor. For gifts, this includes: gift bag, wrapping foil, string, specific decor.

The special packaging method which is chosen is the responsibility of the florist, if the customer does not specify a different method within the order; the customer has the right to specify the desired packaging method as long as it is in the budget.
3.1. Product delivery
Cakes cannot be delivered to other cities other than Bucharest and neighboring areas, and delivery of cakes is made only with flowers or floral arrangements.
If the person mentioned as the recipient of your order is not found at the address / if the access to the location is restricted / at the address there is a company, a hospital, a school, a public institution, a chapel, etc., our couriers will leave the ordered packages / products to neighbors / reception / porters, and the person who picked up the parcel will mention the full name and signature on the delivery note in order to be identified. Under these conditions, your order is considered delivered. In case of refusal to accept the delivery, Maison d'Or assumes no responsibility for the condition of the flowers and does not in any way assure the partial or full refund. The Maison d`Or team will take all necessary steps to communicate to the client the situation that arises as a result of the refusal to accept the order by the recipient in order to solve each situation as well as possible.
The recipient of the parcel can be contacted by phone before delivery to establish the distribution route. The addressee will not be told in advance what he is going to receive, using the general term "parcel".
Our company does not assume any obligation if the delivery cannot be made due to erroneous delivery information, refusal of reception by the recipient or if the recipient cannot be contacted based on the information provided by the client, because of extreme weather conditions (yellow / red / orange code weather alert), limited access to the delivery address, very busy periods like February 14, March 1, March 8, Easter, Christmas, etc. the dispatch of the order in question can be re-routed for a new location, for an extra-fee, with a delivery term of 48 hours.
You can pick up the products from our headquarters after you have received confirmation from WONDER FLOWER SRL.
In case of human error in which the price of a product has been mistakenly introduced in our online store, we are not obliged to supply that product at the wrong price and will notify you this information before delivering the order. In this situation, we will send you the new price of the product, and you will decide whether or not you want to purchase the product at the right price.
3.2. Photo with the product
Wonder Flower will send the picture of the product to be delivered, by email or Whatsapp. In busy periods of the year, such as Christmas, February 14, March 1, March 8, name days, etc. we reserve the right to cancel sending the photo with the product, and the photo can only be made available to clients at their special request.
We make every possible effort to properly display the characteristics of our products and their colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your PC will display these colors correctly. The photos presented on the website are for presentation purposes, which may vary depending on the available stocks and the manual work which is involved in the process (the products being manufactured, they are unique, considering that the plants and natural flowers are unique, their appearance may differ, the florists will make floral creations as large and beautiful as possible based on the work technique they know and the available replacement policy.
3.4 Flower Seasonality
If the quality of the flowers received from our suppliers is inadequate or they are not in stock, we reserve the right to change the respective sort of flowers with one equivalent sort in style, having the same value or higher. Flower shades in bouquets and arrangements may differ from those presented online, depending on availability. The pictures are informative, they may differ depending on the availability of the flowers and the personnel who processes the order (the manufactured products are unique, the flowers are unique). In the case of off-season flowers, the disadvantage is that they are available for a short period of time but they can be imported in almost any season, but at higher prices.
If the change is major, we will try to contact you to obtain your approval. If we fail to contact you via the channels used in the previous communication with you, we will have to consider that we have your implied agreement.
4. Payment Methods
Exception: For products with a price of more than 300 RON, advance payment is required by payment order / bank transfer, using a bank card, the payment will be made in full. Payment is made on the basis of the pro forma invoice issued upon completion of an order. The products will be shipped only after the client presents the proof of payment to WONDER FLOWER SRL.
Payment methods for orders placed by email:
● bank transfer;
● cash deposit in our account;
● cash payment to a courier;
● payment by bank card;
● You can enter the payment details when you place the order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The corresponding amount will be immediately blocked on your card but will not be paid until the goods are shipped.
● cash or card payment at our headquarters after placing the order;
● cash payment on delivery; you can choose to pay in cash upon delivery when you receive the goods without any additional expense. You will receive the legally required invoice in the email containing Confirmation of Shipping.
The prices displayed on www.maisondor.ro include the value added tax required by law, but do not include a delivery fee.
The delivery fee for each order will be identical regardless of the size or weight of your order.
After the product is delivered, we will send the invoice to the indicated address according to the legislation in force. In order to issue the invoice, we inform you that you have the obligation to provide us with all the necessary information.
5. Placement of an order / signing the contract
The available order placing options are available on www.maisondor.ro or by phone. For more information, please visit the Customer Service pages.
Immediately after placing your order, if you provided us your email address, you will receive a confirmation email. If, for some reason, we cannot process your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received the payment for your order, we will try to refund that amount using the same method you used for your payment.
We offer the warranty of the product available in stock at a certain time, according to the website, but the stocks may differ, and the products can be replaced with other products which have a similar appearance and similar value. For gift baskets, the description of the content, which is available on the website, and their value, the client understands and accepts that certain products may differ in brand, packaging color and box shape.
People who order on this site must be 18 years of age, as this website also sells alcoholic beverages.
If the final recipient is not found at the indicated address, the customer has the obligation to indicate another delivery address or will be obliged to come and take the order. For the ordered products found in such a situation, the customer will take the risk of perishable products, and in such a situation his money will not be refunded. The company also ensures the same conditions if the client places and pays the order but later on, for personal reasons, he will change his mind or if he does not show the same interest for the order as his initial interest when the order was launched.
5. Canceling an order
You can cancel or return the order from the placement date of the order within 24 hours after receiving the ordered products. If you paid for these products, you will be refunded an amount that will include the standard shipping fee.
If you wish to cancel or return the order, please send us a written notice via e-mail [email protected]. Another method of payment for reimbursement may be used provided you agree to this change; this will not generate additional costs.
If the product you received has defects, please notify WONDER FLOWER SRL immediately and return the product according to the procedure described in the product return section of this regulation.
Cancellation of an order can only be made by written notice at [email protected] at least 5 hours before the delivery time for orders delivered in Bucharest and Ilfov county and at least 24 hours for delivery orders in other Romanian localities and only if the order was not prepared for delivery.
If this order has already been paid and the customer cancels it after the aforementioned deadline, WONDER FLOWER will return only 20% of the order value to the customer (upon the client's request). In the event of a cancellation of at least 48 hours prior to the date of delivery, the order value will be refunded in full, within 15 days after we receive the written request. At the request of the client, the bouquet / basket etc. can be changed in agreement with WONDER FLOWER, if the existing stock of products allows us to make another bouquet / basket etc., this will be done based on the witness picture, and the customer will have to express his / her acceptance.
WONDER FLOWER reserves the right to choose its customers and cancel a specific order, and then notify the customer of this change at least 24 hours prior to the delivery day.
Certain deliveries may be postponed or even cancelled under conditions of force majeure / in very busy periods like February 14, March 1, March 8, Easter, Christmas, etc.
Cancellation of an order can only be made by written notice at [email protected] at least 4 hours before the delivery time for orders delivered in Bucharest and Ilfov county and at least 24 hours for delivery orders in other Romanian localities and only if the order was not prepared for delivery.
The customer will receive a confirmation of a new order placed via the website system via email, along with a unique order number. The customer has the obligation to verify any information provided in the order and to notify the employees of the company if there have been certain errors in the information provided. Any such referral will be made by email or telephone, mentioning the unique number of the order.
Following any change in the order, the company's employees will notify the customer in writing, by updating his order, after their discussion (in writing or by telephone). Any subsequent communication after the order is placed is an informative procedure, not a contractual commitment.
● If the recipient is not at the indicated address - the parcel will be handed over, based on signature and name / surname, to another person at the location (neighbor, colleague, relative, spouse, etc.).
● If the recipient is not at the indicated address and no one else is at the location - a new delivery will be attempted during the same day, if the courier's route allows; a new delivery will be attempted the next day; a maximum of 3 deliveries will be attempted at the same address, and the customer will be contacted for new directions; if after 3 attempts the delivery is not possible and if the order has a perishable product then the customer will have to pay an amount indicated by the company's employees for renewing the products from the order and for a new delivery; such an order cannot be cancelled during these delivery attempts and the money cannot be refunded to the customer.
● If the recipient refuses to receive the package - the company's employees will contact the customer for other delivery indications; in this case the order cannot be cancelled and the client's money cannot be refunded.
● If the order is delivered under the signature of the designated receiver or to another person at the address agreed by both parties, then the company is exempt from any penalties, fines or refunds for any situation which appears subsequently.
If the delivery and / or commencement of the order cannot be met, the company is required to notify the customer of the estimated delivery time. First of all, we will try to find an amicable settlement to the possible problems. Otherwise, the customer will be entitled to seek additional compensation from the company, only when permitted by law, in the event of total or partial non-fulfillment by the company of execution of the order in accordance with the established deadlines. If the company receives erroneous information related to billing or delivery of the products, a new term will be set for the order, within 3 working days.
The Company may not be held responsible for damages of any kind that the Customer or any third party may suffer as a result of the Seller's fulfillment of any of its obligations according to the order and for damages resulting from the use of the Goods and Services after the delivery is made and especially for product loss or damage.
7. Product Return
You can only return products that are not perishable and / or food within 14 days. Consequently, flowers and sweets cannot be returned; toys and accessories can be returned. The return is made by sending the products to this address: 36 Rodriguez Street, Sector 3, Bucharest, in maximum 10 working days from the moment the order is received. The amount of money paid by the customer will be reimbursed in full, without the shipping cost, which is the customer’s obligation, within 30 days after the package and the denunciation letter are fully received (if the two are received separately, the 30 days pass from the last that was received). The package must contain all the documents originally received, as well as a written address, signed by the person who initiated and paid the order, who notified the denunciation of the contract and requested the refund, indicating the bank account and the bank where the money will be sent.

8. Anonymous customers
Orders placed on the website under the protection of anonymity or with the express request to keep anonymity are not and will not be disclosed to the sender except in exceptional cases: official investigation by the competent authorities, express and formal request of the sender.
If the goods you have purchased are defective, WONDER FLOWER SRL complies with all the regulations provided by law granting warranty. If you have a claim regarding obvious defects in the quality of the products or the material in which they were packaged, including the damage they sustained during transport, please let us know by returning the goods immediately using the pre-printed return form from the parcel / bouquet. We guarantee the quality of our floral arrangements and the freshness of our flowers. Photos are for information purposes only. If some flowers or accessories are out of stock, Maison d'Or reserves the right to replace them with similar ones keeping the appearance and original value. Vases, cookware, accessories, and packaging may be different from those in the photos on the site. The arrangement may vary for each different product.
If you want a custom bouquet or other color, you can contact us by phone and we will let you know about the availability of the product.
Maison d'Or can send by email, upon request, a photo which reflects the quantity, composition and appearance of the bouquet.
We will also send you, with the bouquet, instructions about proper care of the flowers. If the product is in a discount campaign, the chosen colors will be those in stock in our flower shop.
10. Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights on www.maisondor.ro belong to WONDER FLOWER SRL, its subsidiaries or franchisees. Any use of www.maisondor.ro or its content, including full or partial copying or storage of content other than for your personal and non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Maison d'Or.
11. Processing of Personal Data
According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data, modified and completed, and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, our site, managed by Wonder Flower SRL, has the obligation to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide about you, a member of your family or another person. The purpose of data collection is to use it for billing the ordered products.
Wonder Flower is a personal data operator.
The recorded information is intended for use by Wonder Flower SRL for the purpose of delivering products and for marketing purposes and is only communicated by you.
According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to access, to modify the data, you have the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to appeal to the court.
At the same time, you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data that concerns you and ask us to delete the data.
For the exercise of these rights, you can send us a written request, dated and signed, at e-mail address [email protected]. If some data about you is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible. Any fraudulent behavior likely to affect the activity of Wonder Flower is forbidden and will be considered a fraud attempt. Wonder Flower reserves the right to suspend the accounts created in this way, to cancel the account without notification, prior notice, other formalities or damages.
Any attempted fraud or any fraud (such as but not limited to: accessing Wonder Flower Clients' data, altering site content, redirecting the content of orders to third parties, etc.) will be punished in accordance with applicable law.
